CategoryDetails
72 hours
First deposit
On Upbit or Bithumb, your first KRW deposit starts a 72-hour (3-day) hold on all crypto withdrawals. The hold expires automatically; no separate request is required.
24 hours
Subsequent deposits
From your second deposit onward, the total KRW deposited within the preceding 24 hours is the only amount subject to the withdrawal hold.
Example: if you already hold USDT and deposit another KRW 1 million today, you may withdraw your other holdings now, excluding that KRW 1 million's worth.
If you need funds urgently
Register 3 days before your trading date and make even a small KRW deposit so the 72-hour hold can expire before you need to transfer funds.
Note — A hold also applies in the opposite direction. When you receive your first crypto deposit from an external source, KRW withdrawals are delayed for 72 hours.

At the top, select the ① [Spot] tab, then select ② USDT from the list.

8Enter the amount

The Receive amount is the amount that actually arrives in the NOVA wallet after deducting a fee of 1 USDT. For automatic identification, Receive amount must match the amount to send from section ② exactly, including decimal places. Therefore, enter Amount to send + 1 USDT as the withdrawal amount. Do not tap [Max].

If “You have not sent to this address before” appears, send a small amount (10–20 USDT) first and confirm arrival before sending the remainder. Binance recommends the same approach.
Enter the withdrawal amount
9Final check → Confirm

Received amount · Network · Address must be checked one last time before tapping [Confirm]. You may then be asked for email, SMS, or 2FA verification codes.

Once you tap Confirm, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The notice below states the same — “Transactions cannot be cancelled”. Check the address and network again.

TRC20 usually takes 1–5 minutes to arrive. Return to NOVA and tap [Transfer complete] in section ⑥. If it is still unconfirmed after 10 minutes, open Binance's Withdrawal History, copy the TxID (transaction ID), and give it to customer support. The TxID allows the transfer to be traced.

  1. After sending the Tether, return to the NOVA deposit screen and tap [Transfer complete](or, depending on the screen, [Request complete — Confirm deposit]) and wait.
  2. When the blockchain confirms a deposit matching the amount to send, final administrator confirmation credits your E-Wallet or MT4 account. Check the Deposit history below the deposit screen for the processing status.
  3. If still unconfirmed after 10 minutes — From the sender's transfer history (Binance or the market), copy the TxID and send it to customer support on Telegram. With a TxID, a transfer with a different amount or a request cancelled after 2 hours can also be reviewed manually.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay exactly KRW 3 million through BaroPay?
Yes. Up to KRW 3,000,000 per payment is supported; larger payments are not accepted. Match the NOVA request amount to the BaroPay payment amount.
Must I select Transfer complete after a BaroPay payment?
BaroPay automatically credits funds after its payment notification is verified. Check NOVA deposit history and your balance. If it is not reflected, select Check credit. The USDT Transfer complete instructions below apply only when you directly sent USDT.
Can I send Ethereum USDT directly from MetaMask?
No. Existing automatically verified requests use TRON(TRC20). If you hold Ethereum USDT, follow the separate ERC20 address and request instructions. Do not send ERC20 USDT to a TRC20 address.
My deposit request was cancelled (2 hours)
Requests remain valid for 2 hours only. If cancelled, submit a new request to obtain a new amount to send. If you already sent funds before cancellation, give customer support the TxID so the deposit can be checked and credited manually.
I sent a different amount from the amount shown
Automatic identification requires an exact match, including decimals. If you sent a different amount, give customer support the sender's TxID and NOVA username. Processing is based on the amount that actually arrived on the blockchain.
My Gift Flow Market registration has not been approved
Approval may fail if the account holder's name differs from the registration name or the ID photo is unclear. [My information] lets you upload the documents again. You may also contact the market's Telegram support at the lower right of the screen.
Which bank account is required for Bithumb?
KB Kookmin Bank accounts in your own name are accepted. Upbit uses Kbank. For both exchanges, the names on the bank account, exchange account, and ID must match.
A P2P seller asks me to send to another account
This is fraud. Transfer only to the account disclosed on the signed transaction screen. Do not follow requests to move outside the site to KakaoTalk or Telegram. Report the request to the market's customer support immediately.
The crypto withdrawal button is unavailable
Your first KRW deposit may still be within the 72 hours hold. Check the deposit time. From the second deposit onward, only the amount deposited during the preceding 24 hours is held; earlier holdings can be withdrawn.
(Upbit) I cannot register my Kbank account
Registration fails if the names on the Upbit and Kbank accounts differ. A Kbank account can be linked to only one Upbit account. If already linked elsewhere, disconnect it before continuing.
My crypto has not arrived at Binance
① In Upbit withdrawal history, check for Transfer complete status. ② Check that the Binance deposit address's network (TRC20) matches the network selected on Upbit. TRC20 normally takes 1–5 minutes to arrive. If you selected a different network, recovery may be impossible; contact customer support immediately.
My withdrawal was rejected
The Travel Rule applies to transfers of KRW 1 million or more. The details registered with Upbit/Bithumb and Binance, specifically your English name and date of birth, must match, or the withdrawal will be rejected. Check that Binance KYC details match your ID.
What is Binance's withdrawal fee?
For TRC20, 1 USDT is charged as a fixed fee, and withdrawals start from a minimum of 10 USDT. The on-screen Receive amount is the amount that actually arrives in the NOVA wallet. Upbit-to-Binance transfers on Tron have no fee, but Binance withdrawals do. Therefore, enter Amount to send + 1 USDT as the amount.
Is there a faster way to send?
The 72-hour and 24-hour holds are statutory measures with no exceptions. The only way to avoid waiting when funds are needed is to register in advance, make a small deposit, and allow the hold period to expire.

MetaMask - TRON Deposit Guide

How to send USDT on TRON (TRC20) to NOVA. The images below are purpose-made illustrations.

Use this guide if you hold USDT on TRON.
Do not send ERC20 USDT to NOVA's TRC20 address. Upbit's MetaMask personal-wallet registration applies to EVM networks; do not assume a MetaMask TRON address can be registered for Upbit withdrawals. To obtain USDT through an exchange, see the Upbit / Bithumb → Binance Guide and compare the withdrawal service's supported network with your own wallet address.
